Stephani

Born in San Bernardino CA & raised in San Antonio TX, Stephani’s early life as an “Air-Force brat” instilled a sense of service. In San Antonio, she grew up doing hair & stage makeup for community theaters, fashion shows & musical performances. It was during one of these productions that an actor suggested she become a professional stylist. After moving to Austin to start a family in 2007, Stephani attended the Aveda Institute in 2011 & has since worked with Aveda, Kevin Murphy, Keratin Complex, Karatherapy & different brands of tape-in hair extensions, like Vomor & Hot Heads. She has had the privilege of taking advanced classes by educators & artists from all over the world. She actively seeks out CE on trending cutting/color techniques, & is excited to learn everything about Wella, Oribe & R+Co. Stephani enjoys “Adventures in Hair Cutting & Color” (aka big transformations), but her passion is finding solutions for difficult or unfortunate hair situations. She views her work as a collaboration between her client & herself, listening to your needs/wants & desires, then providing ideas & solutions for you to choose from. Her favorite part is seeing the joy on her clients face when they see the end result. Outside the salon, you can find Steph at the T-ball field coaching the littles, at home experimenting with new recipes, reading fantasy/romance novels, or in her garage lifting weights.
