As someone who changes my look quite frequently, Melanie’s continuous professionalism, variety of skill sets, and genuine dedication to getting to an end result that is exactly what I’m looking for is refreshing. Have been getting blonde highlights done by Melanie & Jenesis since I moved to Austin 3 years ago - always leave the salon SO happy (and with perfect hair)! Great service, friendly staff, pretty standard pricing. Would recommend both of these artists for anything blonde!

I’ve been going to Mel at Bella Salon for years (8 years to be exact), and she is absolutely incredible. She’s the only person I trust to highlight my hair and she leaves me with the perfect blonde hair. She also makes sure to take care of my hair and lets me know when is a good time to add a special treatment to keep my hair healthy and shiny. I love coming to her for haircuts as well because she takes her time and actually makes sure your face layers look great at different angles. Her blowouts are also flawless and last for days. Beyond being insanely talented, Mel is the sweetest, most fun person to be around. I genuinely look forward to my appointments just to catch up and always leave feeling so happy with the final results. 🙂

I’ve been going to Bella Salon for a few years and Melanie is my go-to! I booked with her after a friend recommended her to me, and decided to color my hair for the first time. I was rocking short, purple hair for a while that eventually faded into a really nice lavender color. My hair didn’t feel dry, or damaged like I thought it would and still maintained a really nice healthy shine. Over the years she’s still been my number one pick for a hairstylist, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!
